Mendelson Residence
Background
The 1960s ranch-style home was renovated and brought into modern-day by increasing square footage through a second tower and utilizing unused attic space. An open floor plan and contemporary concept are evident in the final design that includes a kitchen with granite countertops and a brushed silver staircase. The renovation maximized living space and quality for its current family, which not only delighted the homeowners but the entire neighborhood as well.
