Background

Partnering with Tetra Tech, Inc. to performed services for three new Golf Clubhouses at the Naval Air Stations (NAS) in China Lake, CA, Barbers Point, HI, Seal Beach, CA, and Jacksonville, FL. Responsibilites included Program management consisting of Design Quality Assurance, Construction Quality Assurance and Post -Construction Quality Assurance.

The scope of the project includes construction of three new golf course clubhouses of approximately 6,311sf to include a masonry structure, concrete slab on grade, steel roof structure with standing seam metal roof, RIFS exterior finishes. Key elements of the facilities include a snack bar, pro shop, administrative offices, restrooms/locker rooms, and service areas. Required site improvements included appropriate extensions of utilities and the cart paths and sidewalks, resurfacing of the existing parking lots, a new service yard and landscaping.
