Background

Clark + Associates was selected by the Memphis and Shelby County Airport Authority to design a new Airport Terminal Building for Charles Baker Airport to replace its current aging and outdated terminal. Charles Baker Airport has served private and small commercial airport in the Millington, Tennessee area for over 50 years. The new Airport Terminal design includes a terminal lobby with flight waiting and vending areas, airline desk with flight status monitors, offices and conference room for MSCAA staff, a pilot’s planning office, pilot’s lounge, and rental offices for aircraft-related services.
